If you have a complaint against us, or against another member, we
have a procedure in place to handle it effectively and quickly.
Our complaints policy

We also promise to continually monitor and improve our complaints
procedures and indeed our entire service to you.
How is my complaint treated?
If you make a complaint you will receive an email confirmation within
five working days (usually within 24 hours). We will investigate the
complaint and take any appropriate action within five working days and
notify you of our decision by email.
